Autism parents need a mindset transformation to lead their best lives

I’m an autism mom, a certified life coach, your guide and a creator of practical programs to shift you from a mode of survival to thriving. Because your child needs you to be strong every single day.

Hi. I'm Gayatri, Krishna's mother. And I want to share something with you.

Krishna was diagnosed autistic when he was four. For years now, I have fought exhaustion, fear, and guilt, trying to do everything right.

Along the way, something shifted. I began to see that my own peace mattered as much as my child’s progress. That every meltdown, every silence, every challenge was also a mirror — reflecting parts of me that needed gentleness, patience, and growth.

That realisation became my turning point. I stopped chasing “normal” and started embracing truth.

The journey hasn’t been easy, far from it. But it has been profoundly beautiful, despite the moments of despair and hopelessness. It’s made me calmer, more grounded, more empathetic, more human.

How could I not want to share this with you?

"I started Power for Autism Parents—to share the understanding that took me years to find. So that parents like you don’t have to walk alone through the same confusion and pain. You can learn faster than I did that peace and empowerment are possible—whatever stage your child is in."

When a parent transforms, the whole family shifts. That quiet grace becomes its own kind of power.

This is for you if...

This is not for you if...

Next steps...

You’ve been doing everything for your child. Now it’s time to do something for yourself — not out of guilt, but out of love.

And when you’re ready to go deeper — when you want to rebuild your calm, your strength, and your confidence from the inside out — book a one-on-one session with me.

Because transformation doesn’t start with your child. It starts with you.

Once you shift, everything in your home begins to heal.
